Mobile Notary Services
offer both mobile and in-office notarizations. I can travel to your home, office, healthcare facility, assisted living community, or another mutually agreed-upon location, or you’re welcome to schedule an appointment at my office.

Every notarization includes verification of the signer’s identity, confirmation that the signer is acting willingly and is aware of what they are signing, and completion of the required Oregon notarial certificate.
Loan Signing Agent Services
As a Certified Notary Signing Agent, I work with title companies, escrow companies, lenders, and signing services to facilitate the signing of real estate loan documents.
Loan signing services include:
- Purchase Transactions
- Refinances
- Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOCs)
- Reverse Mortgages
- Seller Packages
- Commercial Loan Documents
During the appointment, I identify each document requiring signatures, initials, or notarization, ensure all required signatures are completed accurately, and promptly return the completed loan package to the title or escrow company for processing.
I do not provide legal advice, interpret the terms of the loan documents, or answer questions regarding the legal effect of the documents. Any questions regarding the loan or legal documents should be directed to your lender, title company, or attorney.
Notary Fees
In accordance with Oregon law.
Notarial Fee:
- $10 per notarial act
Travel Fees:
- Albany, Oregon: $50
- Outside Albany: $50 plus the current IRS standard mileage rate of 72.5 cents per mile (round trip)
Travel fees will always be discussed and agreed upon before your appointment.
