• General Notary Services: Authenticate the signing of documents through validating the signer’s identity, ensures the signer’s willingness to sign, and to attach a notarial certificate and seal to the document. 
• Notary Signing Agent Services: Verify the identity of signer(s), ensure document completeness and accuracy of signing, to witness and notarize documents, return documents to the lender or title company for timely processing. 
• E&O Insurance: Provides Errors & Omissions insurance coverage to protect against potential mistakes or unintentional errors in notarized documents.
• Background Check: Ensures that the notary has undergone a thorough screening process, verifying their credibility, trustworthiness, and compliance with legal and ethical standards
• Notary Loan Signing Agent: Specializes in handling loan documents, guiding borrowers through the signing process, ensuring accuracy, and promptly returning completed documents to the lender or title company.

Notary Fees

Oregon Notary Fee Schedule (Fees are per person, per notarial act) OAR160-100-0400 (1): A notary public shall not charge, attempt to charge, or receive a notary fee that is more than:

• $10 for taking an acknowledgement.
• $10 for taking a verification upon a oath or affirmation.
• $10 for certifying a copy of a document.
• $10 For witnessing or attesting a signature.
• $10 for protesting commercial paper, except $0 for a check drawn
• on an insolvent financial institution.
• $10 for administering an oath or affirmation without a signature

Travel fee for Albany/Corvallis/Lebanon $25. Outside these locations the fee will be an additional charge.
